Relay support
Something not working, or a question about Relay? Email us. You do not need an account to get help.
Contact us
Email: operations@wonderworkflow.com
We reply within 2 business days.
To help us fix it faster, include:
- your Slack workspace name;
- which assistant you connected (for example Grok Bot, Claude or Cursor);
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, with the rough time.
Never send passwords, API keys or tokens by email. We will never ask for them.
Quick fixes
My assistant does not reply
- Check that an assistant is connected. Relay does not write replies on its own. It passes messages to the assistant your workspace connected, and that assistant replies.
- Mention Relay by name (type @Relay in the message), send Relay a direct message, or use a wake word your workspace set up. Other messages wait for the daily summary instead of waking your assistant.
- Check that Relay is in the channel. If it is not, see "Invite Relay to a channel" below.
- Open your Relay settings page and click "Send a test to your assistant". If the test fails, your assistant's connection needs fixing on the assistant side.
- Still stuck? Email us with the details above.
Get help inside Slack
Send Relay a direct message that says help to see what it does. Relay's Home tab in Slack (click Relay in the sidebar, then Home) shows whether an assistant is connected and which of your channels Relay is in.
Reconnect Slack
If Relay was removed from Slack, or Slack asks for new permissions, open your Relay settings page, sign in with Slack if asked, and click "Reconnect Slack", then "Allow". A workspace admin or owner, or the person who installed Relay, can do this. If Relay was removed, reconnect within 13 days to keep your setup; the settings page shows the date. Slack takes Relay out of every channel when it is removed, so after reconnecting, type /invite @Relay in each channel you want it to read again.
Invite Relay to a channel
Relay only reads channels it has been invited to. Open the channel in Slack and type /invite @Relay, then send. Do this in each channel you want your assistant to see.
Remove (uninstall) Relay
- In Slack, click your workspace name, then Tools & settings, then Manage apps.
- Find Relay, open it, and click Remove App (only someone allowed to manage apps can do this).
When Relay is removed, it stops reading messages and deletes your stored messages right away. The rest of your setup is kept for 13 days so you can reconnect, then deleted, so everything is gone within 14 days. The privacy policy lists what is kept and the two records that remain. To have everything deleted sooner, see below. If you are paying for Relay, also cancel your plan, since removing the app does not cancel billing by itself.
Ask for your data to be deleted
Email operations@wonderworkflow.com with your workspace name and say what you want deleted (or "everything"). We reply within 2 business days and finish within 14 business days. You can also ask for a copy of your data the same way. Details are in the privacy policy.
